El sueco Duplantis logra su tercer título europeo en salto de pértiga
El prodigio sueco del salto de pértiga Armand Duplantis logró este miércoles su tercer título europeo al ganar en su disciplina en los Europeos de atletismo de Roma, donde no logró superar el récord del mundo.
Duplantis, de 24 años, se aseguró la medalla de oro al superar los 5,97 m. Aunque también saltó por encima de 6,10, no fue capaz de batir el récord del mundo al no superar el salto de 6,25 m.
El griego Emmanouil Karalis (5,87 m) y el turco Ersu Sasma (5,82 m) lo acompañaron en el podio.
