Inquietud en Alemania: Merkel sufrió fuertes temblores durante un acto oficial
BERLÍN.- Angela Merkel sufrió temblores durante varios minutos en una ceremonia oficial junto al nuevo presidente ucraniano Volodimir Zelenski, hoy en Berlín.
La canciller fue víctima de este malestar cuando asistía al lado del presidente ucraniano a un desfile militar en la cancillería de la capital alemana, donde la temperatura este martes rozaba los 30º.
Con los brazos levemente tendidos hacia adelante, intentó de manera visible atenuar estos temblores durante los himnos alemán y ucraniano.
Luego, más de una hora después de esta escena, aseguró con una sonrisa haberse recuperado: "Bebí por lo menos tres vasos de agua, algo que manifiestamente me faltaba, y ahora me siento muy bien".
La oficina de Merkel no hizo declaraciones y los dos asistieron luego a una conferencia de prensa.
Después de los himnos, Merkel pareció mejorar, al recorrer con paso rápido la alfombra roja junto a Zelenski hacia el interior del edificio y hacer una pausa para recibir el saludo de la banda militar.
Merkel, que se retirará de la política al final de su mandato, a más tardar en 2021, cumplirá 65 años el mes próximo. No tiene problemas de salud conocidos.
