El documental Johnny vs Amber: The US Trial se estrenó en HBO Max recientemente y ya le dio la vuelta al mundo, ya que muestra el detrás de cámaras de lo que se vivió en el juicio por difamación que enfrentaron Johnny Depp y Amber Heard. La abogada Camille Vasquez tuvo un papel protagónico en dicha producción al hacer algunas declaraciones sobre el actor y su relación con la intérprete de Aquaman. Desde su perspectiva, su representado estaba demasiado borracho como para poder agredirla.
La docuserie muestra todo lo que vivieron ambas partes detrás de cada una de las audiencias en la corte de Fairfax, Virginia. Aunque el equipo legal de Amber se negó a participar, razón por la que únicamente aparecen en cámaras los abogados de Johnny. Simplemente no tiene sentido”.
Con esta afirmación dejó en claro que creía 100% en su cliente y que, desde su consideración, él no pudo haber agredido a su exesposa si todo el tiempo estaba borracho y drogado, como ella misma lo argumentó en algunos de sus testimonios en el estrado.

La nueva producción de HBO Max muestra los momentos de tensión que vivieron todos los abogadosa y también las celebridades involucradas en el juicio. Camille Vasquez es quien tiene un papel protagónico porque se l ve en acción, con el objetivo de defender a su cliente.
“Es fácil pensar en este caso y suponer, son dos celebridades con mucho dinero y con una relación horrible pero es la vida de un hombre. Era su oportunidad de decirle al mundo ‘yo no hice esto’”, añadió la originaria de California en una parte del largometraje.
Además, los espectadores tendrán la oportunidad de apreciar cómo es que fueron contactados cada uno de los testigos, como Kate Moss.
“Estoy emocionada, quiero ayudar a este hombre y devolverle su vida. Los testigos que se presentaron experimentaron lo mismo: Amber es agresiva y Johnny se retraía. Es increíble escuchar las mismas historias de personas que no tienen conexión la una a la otra, obviamente algunos están diciendo la verdad”, añadió.
Por otro lado, también hay especialistas que abogan por Amber Heard y encuentran detalles no vistos dentro del juicio. Si bien los abogados de la actriz se negaron a participar en la docuserie, hay un capítulo dedicado a ella y a sus argumentos. Cada una de las partes involucradas tiene un episodio específico que aborda cómo se planificaron sus alegatos.
