Gwyneth Paltrow habló del hábito poco saludable que adquirió en cuarentena
La actriz estadounidense contó cómo transitó el confinamiento y reveló que sumó una costumbre que heredó de su abuelo

Durante toda la cuarentena, Gwyneth Paltrow se dedicó a lanzar nuevos y polémicos productos al mercado. Pero, según reveló la actriz estadounidense recientemente, emprender no fue la única de las tareas en las que ocupó su tiempo durante el confinamiento. En una entrevista con un diario británico, Paltrow reveló que en los últimos meses también adquirió un hábito poco saludable al que le dedicó una buena cantidad de tiempo durante la pandemia.
En 2020, Paltrow sorprendió al mundo con un curioso producto que puso a la venta: una vela que, según ella misma describió, huele exactamente igual que sus partes íntimas y que agotó stock en pocas horas. “Esta vela nació como una broma entre el perfumista Douglas Little y Paltrow”, sostuvo la web oficial de la línea de productos de cosmética e higiene que tiene la actriz. “Los dos estaban trabajando en una fragancia, y al oler ésta, Gwyneth dijo que el aroma era igual al de sus partes íntimas”.
Según le contó ahora a The Mirror, durante el confinamiento la actriz hizo más que pensar novedosos productos para vender. Es que, tras quedar aislada por contraer covid-19, Paltrow pasó mucho tiempo sola, sin demasiado que hacer. Ese tiempo de ocio vino acompañado de algunos nuevos hábitos en su vida, como alimentarse a base de pasta y pan, pero también de ingerir una cantidad de alcohol mucho mayor a la que tomaba en circunstancias “normales”.
“Me descarrilé”, le dijo al diario británico. “Quiero decir, ¿quién toma varios tragos siete noches a la semana? Como si eso fuera saludable. Me encanta el whisky y hago una fantástica bebida llamada ‘Buster Paltrow’, a la que puse el nombre de mi abuelo, que amaba el whisky agrio”, relató. Según explicó, se trata de un whisky de quinoa al que mezcla con jarabe y jugo de limón. Según la actriz, se trata de una bebida “celestial”.
Para Paltrow, fue un combo completo de cambio de hábitos alimenticios. Además de consumir más harinas y más alcohol, todo el grupo familiar comenzó una dieta totalmente distinta de la que llevaba antes de que comenzara la pandemia.
