El legado de Luis Alberto Spinetta en una noche histórica
El sello Sony reedita los discos y dvds del concierto Spinetta y las Bandas Eternas, con material inédito de aquella noche memorable en el Estadio de Vélez Sarfield
La escena pone la piel de gallina: 35 mil almas gritando "Flaco, flaco, flaco". El estallido emocional de varias generaciones juntas cantando al unísono. La celebración multitudinaria a una de las obras más luminosas y trascendentales del rock argentino. Aquella noche del 4 de diciembre de 2009 fue histórica por muchos motivos. Para los que estuvieron allí, testigos privilegiados de esa jornada para las páginas de historia, Luis Alberto Spinetta creó un encuentro poderosamente intimista y afectivo. En un punto, premonitoriamente póstumo, porque funcionó como una suerte de retrospectiva de su música, antes que falleciera en febrero de 2012. El concierto Spinetta y las Bandas Eternas fue a la vez un paneo profundo sobre esa cadena evolutiva del adn rockero vernáculo. De alguna manera, aquellas bandas y músicos que pusieron los cimientos de la escena local con Almendra, Pescado Rabioso, Invisible, estuvieron presentes. También lo acompañaron todos aquellos compañeros, camaradas musicales y los hijos de su prosa, sonido e influencia: Charly García , Gustavo Cerati , Fito Páez , Juanse y Ricardo Mollo . La escena familiar la completaron la presentación de sus hijos Dante y Leeva.
Después de un primer lanzamiento digital de todo ese concierto, el sello Sony Music vuelve a lanzar en formato físico el registro de aquella noche con material inédito, tanto gráfico como audiovisual. El registro, además de ser uno de los últimos conciertos de Spinetta, retrata todo el backstage de la preparación de esa fiesta musical y muestra de cerca los ensayos y la intimidad de Spinetta, algo pocas veces visto. Además de los 3CDs y los 2DVDs del show –que cuentan con una mejora visual con respecto al lanzamiento original de 2010–, esta reedición incluye un nuevo material íntimo, que conforma el DVD3 de Extras, generado a partir de las anotaciones de puño y letra de Luis Alberto cuando visualizó todo el material crudo de ensayos. Son varias horas de música y material audiovisual para revivir un concierto histórico, para sumergirse en el universo spinettiano y para formar parte de ese colectivo de almas, que lo recibieron gritando aquella noche con un coro futbolero, como un ídolo de estadios, pero a la vez como el portavoz de una canción que transformó la vida de varias generaciones.
