Francisco recibirá a la conducción sindical en el Vaticano, aunque aún no trascendió la fecha del encuentro
El Papa recibirá a la CGT en el Vaticano. En medio del conflicto por el anuncio de una protesta contra el Gobierno, se conoció la información de que Francisco aceptó recibir a la conducción sindical.
Según pudo saber LA NACION, este encuentro aún no tiene fecha confirmada. Tal como adelantó el diario Perfil, la idea de realizar este encuentro fue conversada en diciembre pasado entre Francisco y Juan Carlos Schmid, durante una visita que éste le hizo al Papa.
De esta manera, será la primera vez que la conducción sindical, de la que también forman parte Héctor Daer y Carlos Acuña, sea recibida en el Vaticano.
Esto se conoce en medio de un clima de tensión entre el Gobierno y el sindicalismo, luego de que la CGT convocara a un paro en reclamo por los despidos y suspensiones. Sin embargo, según señaló Perfil, desde el sindicalismo quieren separar a Francisco del conflicto con el Gobierno, aunque muestran sintonía en temas sociales.
El paro
Esta semana, como inicio de un plan de lucha contra los despidos y las suspensiones, en su primera reunión formal del año, la central obrera llamó a un paro general para la segunda quincena de marzo y una movilización para el 7 del mes próximo.
Será la primera huelga general que enfrentará el presidente Mauricio Macri. Con duras críticas por incumplimientos del pacto rubricado en la Mesa del Diálogo y la Producción para frenar despidos, el triunvirato cegetista anunció que abandonará esa instancia de encuentro con el Gobierno y las principales cámaras empresarias.
