Nuevo desafío de Rusia: probó un misil balístico intercontinental

MOSCÚ.- El gobierno del presidente ruso, Vladimir Putin, llevó a cabo un lanzamiento de prueba de un misil balístico intercontinental desde el campo de entrenamiento de Kapustin Yar, en la región de Astracán, donde está la principal base naval de la Flota del Caspio de la Armada rusa. Así lo anunció el Ministerio de Defensa ruso, citado por la agencia Tass.
El lanzamiento del misil balístico intercontinental “tiene como objetivo probar un suministro militar prometedor”, informó el ministerio, que agregó que el lanzamiento “demuestra la corrección de las soluciones utilizadas en el desarrollo del complejo de misiles”.
“El 11 de abril de 2023, la tripulación de combate de las Fuerzas de Misiles Estratégicos lanzó con éxito el misil balístico intercontinental del sistema de misiles móviles terrestres desde el campo de entrenamiento multiservicio estatal de Kapustin Yar, en la región de Astracán”, señaló el comunicado.
El ejercicio alcanzó el objetivo hipotético en el campo de pruebas de Sary-Shagan, en Kazajistán, con la precisión especificada, según el Ministerio de Defensa. “El lanzamiento cumplió plenamente su misión”, añadió.
