La contundente opinión de Oscar Ruggeri sobre el polémico penal de Racing: “Bilardo se mataba”

El columnista de Equipo F (ESPN), Oscar Ruggeri, emitió este lunes por la noche su contundente opinión acerca de la polémica que se suscitó en torno al ejecutante del tiro penal que tuvo a favor Racing Club, en su partido de la última fecha de la Liga Profesional de Fútbol (LPF) frente a River Plate, y que podría haber significado el gol del campeonato, ya que Boca Juniors, el puntero, no le ganó a Independiente en el encuentro decisivo del torneo.
Para sorpresa de los espectadores, quien se hizo cargo del disparo fue Jonathan Galván, habitual suplente en el equipo de Fernando Gago, y quien no había ejecutado nunca un penal con la camiseta de Racing. El defensor le ganó la pulseada a otros jugadores referentes del plantel como Enzo Copetti, Gabriel Hauche y Leonardo Sigali. Fueron los propios futbolistas quienes, una vez sancionada la falta, deliberaron quién se haría cargo del tiro decisorio.
Respecto de que los futbolistas fueran los encargados de tomar semejante decisión, Ruggeri se mostró en desacuerdo. “Si yo tuviese la posibilidad de hablar con (Fernando) Gago, le diría solamente que, cuando su equipo tenga un penal mas allá, de que partido sea, lo tiene que decidir en el vestuario”, argumentó El Cabezón. Con su conocido lenguaje coloquial, el exdefensor argumentó: “Después, eso de (que patea el) que mejor está, es un lío bárbaro”.
Intrigado, el relator Mariano Closs le preguntó a Ruggeri si no debe patear los penales el que más “fe” se tiene para anotarlo. Contundente, Ruggeri replicó: “No, el técnico en el vestuario”. Sobre la situación vivida el domingo en el estadio Presidente Perón, de Racing, el periodista Daniel Arcucci remarcó que hubo “un cónclave entre seis jugadores” antes de que se decidiera quién pateaba el penal. Casi en voz baja, Oscar acotó: “Esas reuniones, era (por) las que (Carlos) Bilardo se mataba”.
Más adelante, el exjugador de Real Madrid, Logroñés y San Lorenzo, entre otros equipos, se explayó en su argumentación. “Gago conoce muy bien a sus jugadores. Si el técnico te dice en la charla ‘Copetti el primero, Hauche el segundo, el otro Galván’, vos le podés decir: disculpá, no estoy para patear el penal, y listo”, lanzó. En ese momento, la periodista Luciana Rubinska le consultó: “¿No es algo más del momento?”. Sin lugar a la duda, el exjugador retrucó: “No, ¿qué momento?”.
“En esa reunión, que hubo cinco tipos para ver que iban a hacer a los 45 minutos del segundo tiempo para salir campeones, se pegan, se chocan y se sacan la pelota...”, exagero, después El Cabezón, quien contó que “una vez” le pasó en su equipo que dos jugadores “se pegaron cachetazos” en una situación similar: “Los quería matar”, recordó.
Por si quedaba alguna duda, el ex zaguero central de la selección argentina consideró: “Que se reúnan cinco tipos adentro de la cancha para ver que hacemos, está mal”. Allí, Rubinska le preguntó si eso era un signo de falta de liderazgo por parte del entrenador, a lo que su compañero contestó con ambigüedad: “Falta de que el técnico haya decidido: señor, patea usted. Listo”. Por último, Luciana quiso saber “cómo era Bilardo” en este aspecto del juego. “Si había una reunión de cinco, estaba al lado nuestro, se metía en la cancha”, concluyó.
