Tom Cruise y su furia en medio del rodaje de Misión Imposible 7
Tom Cruise, quien se encuentra rodando Misión Imposible 7 en Londres bajo un estricto dispositivo de seguridad para evitar contagios de Covid-19, es noticia esta semana porque trascendió un fuerte audio en el que amenaza con despedir a dos miembros de la producción por no haber respetado las medidas de prevención.
"¡No quiero volver a ver esto de nuevo y si no lo hacen están despedidos!", se escucha gritar a Cruise luego de ver que dos productores estaban visualizando una toma en una pantalla sin respetar el metro y medio de distancia, de acuerdo al medio Deadline. El actor además de ser la figura de la saga, es el productor del film y uno de los primeros en presentar un protocolo sanitario por lo que logró todos los permisos necesarios para el rodaje en los estudios de Warner Bros., ubicados en Hertfordshire.
"Somos el estándar de oro. Están en Hollywood haciendo películas ahora mismo gracias a nosotros. Porque creen en nosotros y en lo que estamos haciendo. Hablo por teléfono con todos los malditos estudios por la noche, con las compañías de seguros, con los productores, y todos ellos nos siguen para hacer sus películas. Estamos creando miles de puestos de trabajo", dice Cruise antes de insultar a su interlocutor.
En lo que parece un reto mezclado con un discurso motivacional, el actor continúa y muestra su preocupación: "La gente está perdiendo sus malditos hogares porque nuestra industria está cerrada. No van a poner comida en su mesa ni pagar su educación universitaria. Con eso duermo todas las noches, con el futuro de esta (...) industria!"
Las nuevas normas de la industria para hacer los rodajes son muy estrictas, tienen que ver con la cantidad de personas en el set y el respeto a los nuevos protocolos. Así para evitar la propagación del Covid-19 dentro del estudio debe haber poca gente: solo el elenco y los técnicos esenciales. Además los actores que entren al Reino Unido tienen que realizar la cuarentena de 14 días.
"Ya se los he dicho y lo quiero ahora. ¡No vamos a cerrar esta maldita película! ¿Se entiende? Si lo vuelvo a ver, están jodidos y despedidos. Si no lo hacen van a estar despedidos, confío en ustedes", sentencia al final.
